This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.

The Role

This is a hands-on senior performance marketing role for someone who can execute quickly, scale what works, and build systems for sustained growth.

You will inherit high-performing paid acquisition campaigns and work directly with growth leadership to expand budgets, improve efficiency, and test new channels. The role blends analytical depth with strong creative instincts and high-velocity experimentation.

You will own performance end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Ownership and Scaling

  • Own one or two paid acquisition channels across direct-buy and programmatic networks
  • Scale existing campaigns while maintaining strict CAC and ROAS targets
  • Build and iterate scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth goals
  • Run continuous creative, audience, and placement testing

Performance Analysis and Strategy

  • Monitor daily performance using tools such as GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards
  • Drive decisions based on CPA, ROAS, retention, cohort behavior, and LTV
  • Build reporting frameworks that inform both tactical and strategic decisions

Creative and Funnel Optimization

  • Own creative briefs and performance feedback loops
  • Define hooks, formats, and angles based on data
  • Collaborate with content and product teams on landing page and funnel optimization
  • Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase testing speed

Partnerships and Media Strategy

  • Build relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements
  • Evaluate and onboard new networks, formats, and tools
  • Stay ahead of platform rules, algorithm changes, and ecosystem shifts

Automation and Scaling Systems

  • Identify opportunities to automate acquisition workflows
  • Build SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines to support scale


Key Challenges

  • Scale campaigns to 3x+ budget while maintaining CAC and ROAS
  • Support growth from tens of millions to 100M+ users within 12 months
  • Launch and validate new acquisition channels from scratch
  • Continuously improve funnel conversion and creative performance
  • Balance creative ownership with deep analytical rigor


Required Experience

Must-Haves

  • 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
  • Proven experience managing $500K to $1M+ monthly paid media budgets
  • Full ownership of campaign execution and results
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, native or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with GA4, Voluum, tracking and dashboards
  • Strong creative instincts and fast iteration capability
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Comfortable working with NSFW content and adult traffic networks

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with subscription products and CAC/LTV frameworks
  • Exposure to DSPs and programmatic buying
  • Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals
  • Background in mobile app user acquisition
